A is for Apple, what’s your
favorite variety?

Granny Smith for Baking…Pink Ladies for enjoying.

B: is for Bread, regardless of nutrition, calories, or whole grains
what is your favorite type to have a nice big piece of?

Fresh out of the oven bread…pretty much any type!

C: is for Cereal what is your favorite kind currently (just
one!)

Oh’s if I’m going to eat cereal

D: is for Doughnuts, you might not currently be eating them but what kind do you fancy?

An old fashioned doughnut with coconut or maple frosting

E: is for Eggs, how would you like yours prepared?

scrambled or in an omlet

F: is for Fat Free, what is your favorite fat free
product?

Uh….lettuce??? LOL…fat is where the flavor is….

G: is for Groceries, where do you purchase yours at?

For years it was Albertsons have been making conversion to a mix of walmart/safeway….big savings!

H: is for Hot Beverages, what is your favorite hot
drink?

I: is for Ice Cream, pick a favorite flavor and add a fun
topping

Ben and Jerry’s…need I say more??

J: is for Jams or Jellies, do you eat them, and if so what kind and
flavor?

I don’t eat jam…eww

K: is for Kashi, name your favorite Kashi product?

I don’t really eat Kashi

L: is for Lunch, what was yours today/yesterday?

I had a chicken enchilada wrap with steamed broccoli yesterday… Yum Yum

M: is for microwave, what is your favorite microwave
meal/snack?

Microwave is mainly used for leftovers….snack would be popcorn though.

N: is for nutrients, do you likes carbs, fats, or proteins
best?

All three! Give me pasta, ice cream and steak 🙂

O: is for oil, what kind do you like to use?

Extra Virgin Olive Oil   EVOO

P: is for protein, how do you get yours?

Mainly Chicken, Cheese and Milk

Q: is for Quaker, how do you like your oats?

In Apple Crisp or cookies….and occassionally oatmeal

R: is for roasting, what is your favorite thing to
roast?

Veggies!

S: is for sandwich, what’s your favorite kind?

Toasted and hot….chicken asparagus and pesto was one of my favorites

T: is for travel, how do you handle eating while
traveling?

Try new foods…try to stick as close as possible to my regular diet so the vacation isn’t involved seeing all the different style bathrooms of another country!

U: is for unique, what is one of your weirdest food
combos?

According to Hubbs it would be mixing a can of cream of corn in with my macaroni and cheese, but I think it is delicious!

V: is for vitamins, what kind do you
take
?

Gummy vitamins….Who can swallow those horse pills??

W: is for wasabi, yay or nay?

X: is for XRAY. if we xrayed your belly right now,
what food would we see?

toast and chocolate milk from breakfast

Y: is for youth, what food reminds you of your
childhood?

brussel sprouts, chicken nuggets and pasta…I was weird. Still am for that matter!

Z: is for zucchini, how do you prepare it?

sautteed with other veggies
